Whats size are the prints? The printed images for Illuminated Shadows series approximately 11" x 15" surrounded by a white border total paper size 13" x 19" printed format. The printed images for the “Queens” series are 5.25" x 15.5” surrounded by a white border total paper size 13" x 19" printed format.
How are prints shipped? Prints are shipped flat, in between two pieces of mat boeard, and inserted in a padded envelope.
How long before my order ships? Production time varies, but generally runs anywhere from 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a minimum order? No, never.
Is your online order form secure? Absolutely. All transactions on our web server are encrypted using S. S. L., providing you with optimal security and peace of mind. Your order data will NOT be made available on the Internet.
Can I cancel my order? Because these prints are custom prepared, I cannot accept returns or order cancellations. Orders are charged and processed immediately after you place the order. If you cancel or change an order not yet shipped, I will charge for all work completed up to that time (min. 50%).
Can I return my prints? No, these prints and services are printed upon request, I cannot accept returns.
